At Liforme, we want you to be completely satisfied with your high-performance yoga gear. If your mat or accessory isn't the perfect fit for your practice, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and shipping instructions.

  Prepare Your Yoga Gear

  Ensure the item is in its original, unused condition with all tags and protective packaging intact to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship the Package

  Securely pack your items and drop them off at your nearest authorized carrier location using the provided return label or shipping address.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned mat, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
